DON'T BE FOOLED by cheap Anti-Bacterial wipes....they use "o-Phenylphenol" a derivative of Phenol. The State of California officially declared o-Phenylphenol as a known carcinogen. In addition,these wipes require 2 wipes to actually kill germs - making them cost twice as much. Phenol, is also knows to be drying like alcohols and is bad for your equipment and bad for your skin. Check out California's Hazardous Chemical List (Prop 65) for more information on o-Phenylphenol and its danger to your customers. o-Phenylphenol is bad news...steer clear of this product and vendors that sell it.
The health issue is scarry enough, but those low cost Anti-Bacterial wipes require two wipes to be effective, doubling their cost! |
